Air conditioning/heating:
The air conditioning and heating system works with aerothermal energy, a system that, through the thermodynamic cycle, collects energy from the air through the outdoor unit and transforms it into heat energy that the user can use to heat water for heating and domestic hot water, as well as air conditioning.
The system runs through ducts, and each room has its own control to adjust the temperature individually.
The air source heat pump is located on the ground floor, inside a soundproof closet. We attach a link with a video of how it works. The water should be programmed at 45 degrees for it to work optimally. The system prioritizes heating the water; when it is performing this function, the air conditioning stops for a few minutes. An explanatory link is attached to understand how it works, although as it will be left on, in principle it will not be necessary to adjust it.
